Strands woven through the book: plot, subplot, character arc, relationship, theme, setting, weather, mystery, structure or custom.

Call it as `geenius_author(tool: "strands", action: "<action>", args: {...})` through Geenius OS.

## Actions

| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| `list` | The book's strands. Rules: book_id. |
| `add` | A new strand (plot, arc, setting, weather, structure…). |
| `update` | Change a strand. Rules: strand_id + any of those, hidden?, locked? (those of strand_add). |
| `reorder` | Put the book's strands in a new order. Rules: book_id, ids. |
| `remove` | Remove a strand with its events. Rules: strand_id (with its events). |
