# manuscript

The tree of a book: parts, chapters and scenes, with times, places, point of view and cast per scene.

Call it as `geenius_author(tool: "manuscript", action: "<action>", args: {...})` through Geenius OS.

## Actions

| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| `tree` | The book's tree: parts › chapters › scenes in reading order. Rules: book_id: the tree in reading order (parts › chapters › scenes) with numbering, status, words, each scene's resolved time, place, POV and cast. |
| `add` | Add a part, chapter or scene. |
| `update` | Change a part, chapter or scene. Rules: node_id + any of those (null clears) (those of node_add). |
| `move` | Move a part, chapter or scene in the tree. Rules: node_id, parent_id?, index? \| after?. |
| `remove` | Remove a part, chapter or scene with what is under it. Rules: node_id (with what is under it). |
| `shift` | Move a node's scenes (and their timed events) in story time. Rules: node_id, delta: move its scenes (and their timed events) in story time. |
